This team was very responsive to my requests and helped me solve various problems during the course of constructing my custom home. This property is the second house for which I contracted DeMarr Construction to perform the site work, water line, and underground system installations.
From the demolition of the old property to finishing the final grading for the new house, DeMarr Construction did a great job and went out of their way to help me tackle and resolve the many issues that surround the grading ofa. hung sewer.

My thanks for the sewer line installation and my congratulations for you fully delivering on your enthusiastic and confident promise. I understood your assurance as I watched the professionalism with which Kevin, with William and Steve, accomplished the job.
I was prepared for a mess. After all, tens of yards of gravel/clay were removed and piled, but Kevin managed the job with concern not only for his teammates and the equipment, for the excavation and installation, but also for the protection of the landscaping. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and consideration of the crew as they prepared the area. This included removing and storing three large shrubs and peeling and stacking a 4 X 8 foot strip of turf. As the work proceeded, I observed a fast, neat, accurate operation, with continuing concern for safety, important when the sewer line to which they were connecting was at a depth of fifteen feet. Restoration was just as thorough, and on completion there was little evidence of the work that had been done.
I was almost sorry when the work was complete, but I have photos to show the carefully joined components securely installed on the bed of gravel at the bottom of the picture perfect trench and I saw the county inspector give a quick thumbs up when he visited for approval.
I appreciate your being present for the start and finish, and now, a week later, I’m glad to take a few minutes to thank you again and tell you how much I admired and appreciated the energy and skill with which the job was accomplished.
